Blue Alert Act Of 2015 Actual Bill. 1 C OORDINATORThe term Coordinator means the Blue Alert Coordinator of the Department of Justice designated under section 4a. The Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu National Blue Alert Act of 2015 would provide valuable timely and location specific information regarding the serious injury andor line of duty death of a law enforcement officer. 1 provide that appropriate information relating to a Blue Alert is disseminated to officials of law enforcement public health and other agencies.
