Amber Alert Blue. Anyone know whats going on. The Amber Alert has been cancelled with the child found safe. The Texas Department of Public Safety DPS was given legislative authority to coordinate the states AMBER Alert network which has served as the role model for the subsequent Silver Blue and Endangered Missing Persons alert programs. 10 hours agoFor some reason this Blue Alert which originated in Jolly Texas which is just southeast of Wichita Falls was sent to people all over the state.
Its believed hes with 28-year-old Erik Stutzman. Local law enforcement agencies contact the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension BCA if an abduction case meets the Amber plan checklist.
